At VelociRAX, we stand by the quality of our vertical bike racks and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your gear, we offer a 30-day window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Rack

  Securely pack the product in its original heavy-duty shipping box, ensuring all hardware and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
